Traditional Knowledge, Natural Growth

Birth-life-death is a process which universe has been witnessing since its inception. When it is so primitive, I always wonder, why are we giving so much over emphasis on all precautionary measures these days? Is this marketing tactics to gain more income? Or is it indeed a food for thought?

During my grandparents era, they used to give more emphasis on natural/Ayurveda stuff for infants. And they proved right to some extent and of course incapable to some extents. Like , for example to fight against immunity related diseases. During my parents generation I have heard of in numerous advertisements tagging many chemically processed/synthetic baby products. And they were a BIG hit too. When I was infant I was used on so many synthetic products as it would ease the work of parents and as the products are readily available on market. But now a days we are observing that although this generation is looking good from outside but internally all our organs are not strong enough and this is leading to effect the average life span.

All of a sudden I have seen this sudden rush of Ayurveda products for babies in market flooding again.  So for me it looks like a cyclic change.

But if just go up few more rungs of our generations, we can sense that during the ancient times, there is no development of science, at least as it is now. But still kids were born and they LIVED  a healthy decent life of good life span. Here, I completely agree with the fact that we should also consider the environment, pollution effect etc before coming to a conclusion. However, my base line here is that natural product is always the BEST.  That is why doctor still always advises that Mother’s milk is the BEST for the infant and no other can be substitute for this.  As we all know that babies skin is more sensitive than mother skin. So for proper development of child we might need products that can nourish those sensitive skin. And natural available products are highly recommended for sensitive skin
As the age old saying goes, prevention is better then cure. So Ayurveda medicine is always a good choice for child development. While Chemical medicine can be a life saver during any emergency.
